As a family and both hitting the big 50 we decided to challenge ourselves and raise money for a charity close to our hearts.

Andy will be competing in Ironman UK Bolton on 14th July, prior to this he will take part in a series of events as part of his training, half marathon, sportives and a middle distance triathlon. Frank and myself will be shouting lots of encouragement 'we can see the bacon butty van from here' and other motivational chants.

Myself and Frank, well that involves mud, water, more mud, obstacles and more mud, the challenge will be to get Frank out of the mud without the aid of sausages. Our training will involve getting Frank to walk & run in a straight line without the use of bribery. 

We will post regular updates on progress. 

We ourselves have 2 EF dogs, Get Down Frank & Mouldy Milda, we also foster for EF and if you are a member of The Edward Foundation you will be aware that there are many bulldogs that need their help, every penny raised goes towards vet bills and essentials so please donate whatever you can spare.
