On the 26th April 2015 I will be attempting the London Marathon in support of the National Osteoporosis Society, the only UK wide charity dedicated to improving the diagnosis, prevention and treatment of osteoporosis and fragility fractures.

Dros y misoedd nesaf byddaf yn cymeryd rhan mewn nifer o ddigwyddiadau gan gynnwys 10k a hanner marathon.
