In memory of Sean O'Farrell colleagues and young people on the Y.I.P are planning a 10 mile mountainous walk from Bodfari to Moel Famau. This represents a substantial challenge to the young people involved. The walk is a Y.I.P activity that Sean would of loved to be a part of and support young people in achieving this feat. We are inviting donations for St. John's Hospice who provided Sean with excellent support and care.
