This September, along with my colleagues at Investigo, I am taking part in the dreaded 'Tough Mudder' to raise money for Panathlon.

This fantastic charity enables/provides sporting opportunities for thousands of disabled children across the UK.

I'm sure there are loads of us out there including myself that have been lucky enough to have played a variety of sports from a young age and have always taken it for granted. No matter how big or small, every little helps!  Please donate to continue to help those less fortunate and give them the chance to do what they love!
