In December 2020 I was diagnosed with an uveal melanoma and underwent Ruthenium plaque treatment at Moorfields Eye Hospital in January 2021. I have signed up to walk 55km in 24 hours to say thank you to the staff who cared for me and to raise donations to help fund Moorfield Eye Hospital's and UCL's new research, education and clinical care centre in Kings Cross.
