I am running the Leeds half marathon on Sunday 12th May. I am so excited to be raising money for the charity Bethany’s Smile. Bethany’s Smile helps to support the care of children with life limiting/life threatening illnesses.

I was thinking about which charity to raise money for and I didn’t really know until I listened to the founder of the charity, Bethany Hare, speak at an event. It has inspired me to help the charity and I want to start with this event close to home.

At present, the aim of the charity is to raise £300,000 to build a holiday home called Smile Cottage. Families will be able to go to the cottage to spend time and build happy memories when they are faced with the news that their child has a very short life expectancy.

Please help me raise money for this amazing charity.
