My story is simple.....I watched my amazing wife run in the race for life and it made me feel very proud that she was doing something for others. This got me thinking about the people who struggle to do things for themselves and I wanted to run for them. My Grandma is an amazing women who has Alzheimers and if I'm honest I've not given her or my mum the support she deserves over the last five years. This is my way of making a difference. Most people know I'm fairly sporty so I thought I would challenge myself with a gruelling 12 miles race...aptly named "Hell Run"....running off road.....wading through peat bogs....climbing mountain sides...agggghh. My only aim is to complete the race (I would like to get a good time but have been informed that its better to aim to just get around!!). I've never done a huge charity event.....please inspire me by donating so I can inspire others......I'm not forgetting you grandma...you're alive and well....you just struggle to remember things!!!
