Having lost my father in-law to Cancer in December 2004 I have managed to organise three events and raise just over £12,000 for MacMillan Norfolk since 2005.  This will be my fourth event and I'm looking for as many runners and sponsors as possible to make it our largest event yet.

 

Cancer unfortunately affects us all.  Every fortnight 169 people in Norfolk alone will be told they have cancer and one in three of us will get cancer at some point in our lives.  MacMillan's aim is to reach and improve the lives of everyone affected by Cancer.

 

However, they need your support to be able to do this.  Please give as much as you feel you can afford, no matter how big or small, so we can make a difference to those suffering at present.
