Why am i running the marathon?

I am running this marathon for PSP after first hearing about the condition through my former University lecturer Steve Watson. Steve's mum very sadly passed away on Christmas day 2015 after her battle with PSP, and although i never actually met her personally, i followed her battle with condition through Steve and social media. I am hoping that any money i raise may go some way to helping with research and support for other sufferers of PSP.
