I have decided to get in a boxing ring and I will be raising money for PTSD resolution ( http://www.ptsdresolution.org/).  This charity has supported me by providing essential treatment to help me, get through the lasting impact of my time in Afghanistan. 

So many people don’t get help, many don’t file the trauma away, many more never leave the battlefields. Many are plagued by their silent pain and their demons, to the extent that they lose their fight.  I know of people who have lost their fight with PTSD and taken their lives in the last 2-3 years alone.

Please help me to help them, and give those that suffer the silent battle, the best opportunity to leave their war behind. 

£550 will provide essential treatment to 1 person. This is the equivalent to 6 sessions with a specially trained therapist.  Independent of the MOD, this charity works hard to support those who are suffering.  

All the money that is raised by this charity goes direct to those in need.
