Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Hi I'm Will

Here's my story, on the 8th August 2020 weighing 18 stone and not being able to walk up small hills and suffering with depression decided I needed to do something about it, I had watched a documentary on pbs about the Western States 100 race. Were runners compete to run 100 miles through the mountains with a cut off of 24hrs.Then I had a crazy idea that I could run 100 miles in one go in 24 hrs and that is how I come up with the couch 100 miles in 12 months. Then being a Christian I had wanted to do a pilgrimage and got the idea to run the St Chad's way 92 miles from Chester cathedral to Lichfield and then home again.

I chose Cannock food bank as the charity to do my Crazy scheme due to the important work that they do. I know first hand as I've been a volunteer in the past.

So please give it must be worth a pound 👍

Thanks
