5 years ago Richard had a catastrophic stroke, resulting in hemiplegia and losing his job. He learnt to walk again and is aiming to beat his 5k pb since the stroke of 2hrs 24 mins. Please do give what you can in order to raise money for Headway East London. Headway have enabled us to have a relatively normal life since the stroke and are doing a great job helping many people in London living with the effects of a brain injury.
