We are 3 willing volunteers - Abi, Andrew and Bhads, who really wanted to be able to help with the fantastic work Urbond are doing in Guinea. 

Thanks for taking the time to read our page, and for any donation you leave - every contribution will go towards this great cause and make a difference to the lives of the community in Guinea.

In 2021 URBOND took 11 dedicated volunteers to a school in the Republic of Guinea to help with the build of a brand new library and a computer room. They also equipped this new building with furniture, textbooks and 30 computers, these resources are benefiting over 700 children.

This year we are looking to contribute to the various elements of the project:

• Construction - Build sanitary facilities for the school, as well as build and secure a play area
  
  
• Teaching - Assist in English & IT classes

• Health - Consultation Clinics

• Workshops - The need for girls education and assist with the
  awareness of gender disparity.

Richmond Motor Group are sponsoring some of the facilities, and we look forward to sharing the progress.

In preparation for this trip we are aiming to raise a minimum of £1500 before October to help with the equipment and resources that we will be taking to help the children. We'll be carrying out various challenges to help along the way, starting with climbing Ben Nevis in July!
