Hi All, Well , I've finally done it!!!  I've reached my target weight of 17 stone ,  its been  slow  process from  1st July 2013 until now   but with your  encouragement  I have  stuck with it .
Thank you so much for all your donations during this last year , I'm taking the last  one  to St B's  today  then I will sign off.
I'm going to miss  the weekly" weigh in" post  of shame or triumph on Facebook  !
