Hi all -

Together with a number of HSBC colleagues, we're abseiling down 1CS on Friday 28th June to support the Motor Neurone Disease Association.

With Motor Neurone Disease ("MND") messages gradually stop reaching the muscles. This leads the muscles to weaken, stiffen and waste. MND can affect the way you talk, walk, drink, think and breathe. It is life-shortening and there is no cure. However, the symptoms can be  managed to achieve the best possible quality of life. There is a 1 in 300 risk of getting MND in your lifetime and it can affect adults of any age - but generally affects over 50s. 

It would be great if you can support this great charity if possible - every little helps!
