Richard Clark, Charlotte Embleton & Hayley Everson have signed up to do their very first Triathlon on May 26 in Arundel!

They will be swimming 400 Metres, cycling 20K and finally running 5K.  This will be huge challenge for all three of them as this is their first attempt at a triathlon!!

The charity which they will tri – hard (!) to raise money for is a local charity based in Worthing which Charlotte has volunteered with for nearly 4 years; both Ricky and Hayley support this charity and are looking forward to raising as much money as possible.

The charity is Worthing Churches Homeless Projects in Worthing. WCHP is an unbelievable and hugely successful charity which is well worth donating to.

Their aim is to raise £1,000 and on completion will speak with WCHP to make sure all sponsorship money goes to something specific that they have chosen for one of the projects.

Don’t forget to send them a cheeky message as they will read them on the day to spur them on!
