Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. Basically, I have decided to run both the Manchester and Brighton marathons for three reasons.

Firstly, I am about to turn 30 and feel I need a challenge in life to help me keep fit and avoid the inevitable decline into middle age that, for most people who know me, probably think has already happened.

Secondly, I would like to raise a little money for FareShare who are an excellent charity that redistribute food to those who need it most within the community.

Thirdly, my good friend Edward Jones is running the Manchester marathon aswell. for me, it is VERY IMPORTANT that I support my friends and that Edward sees the soles of my shoes as I disappear up the road only to find me clapping him over the finish line an hour or so later. This is VERY IMPORTANT!!!
