Lords, Ladies & Gentlemen,

As most of you know I do not tend to do a massive amount of running these days, I also talk myself up about doing tough challenges quite a lot... New York Marathon, Lands End to John O'Groats etc!!!

Well now I have finally committed to actually doing the Great North Run and with 4 weeks remaining I have found out I need to raise £400!!!!!

Ideally if one person could donate the lot that would be perfect but if not any small donation would be really apreciated.

Also I think you get to keep anything over the £400 so if we can kick on from there that would be sweet (jokes)

Seriously, I am getting fat, going bald, and have a terrible attitude and committment so give what you can and help me help others!
