Hello everyone,

I'm running a ruddy long way, so please help raise some money for the MND Assocation in the process; it's a great charity that coordinates care, support and research for those affected by Motor Neurone Disease.

The Marathon itself is an Endurance Life one, along the coast in Pembrokeshire. It's around 27.8 miles and it's pretty damn hilly. Can't wait... here's the link to it if you're interested:
