With 4 years of uni nearly finished and after 3 years of Christmas parties, we thought it was about time that we all gave something back. 

We're donating with the realisation that over the festive season, we spend a lot of money on booze. We're not asking you to donate much, but simply double the price of the next drink you buy and donate it to a worthy cause.

We've spent a lot of time debating where we want to donate to and have ultimately decided on the MicroLoan Foundation. In the end, the aim of our charity music video is to make everyone consider donating. If you want to donate to another charity of your choice we encourage you to do so. But please do donate somewhere! 

The MicroLoan Foundation supports business women in Malawi and Zambia by lending them small amounts of money which can allow them to work their way out of poverty.

Your donation will enable more loans to be made to those who otherwise struggle to receive investment. When they are able to, these loans will be repaid to the MicroLoan Foundation, who can reinvest the money. 

The aim of the MicroLoan Foundation is to provide safe, sustainable credit enabling long-term development. Access to reliable financial institutions is quickly being recognised as one of the fundamental corner stones in helping countries combat poverty.
