Luke struggled to have good mental health after taking a prescribed medication for acne. Following the short course of tablets, he struggled for four years, mostly unbeknown by others. Unfortunately he never found the respite he needed and ended his life. He will be sadly missed by so many.

We want to do something positive to help others via the "Mid and North Essex Mind". They support people of all ages through various ways and we want to raise any money we can to enable those that need support be able to get the help that they need. Everyone has mental health and everyone needs to know how to look after themselves.
