Set up in 1986, Northamptonshire Rape Crisis (NRC) is an independent charity that supports people who have been sexually abused, assaulted or raped.

Please sponsor me in support of NRC in undertaking two huge cycling challenges. On 29 April I will ride Mallorca 312, a 312km ride with 5,050m of vertical assent. And on 18 June I will ride the ‘Dragon Devil’ Sportive in the Brecon Beacons, where the weather may be somewhat less accommodating than in Mallorca. This is 296km (184 miles) long and 4614m vertical ascent, equivalent to riding about half way up Everest. https://www.dragonride.co.uk/dragon-devil/ Neither ride is for the faint hearted.It’s going to be hard!
