I am raising money for some fantastic causes: World Vision in Zimbabwe, Stop the Traffik, The Crisis centre in Bristol, The noise - a local community action project and St Peter's Hospice. See the above link for more details.

This is the first run I have done in years and I am determined not to let injuries, work or laziness get in the way this time.
