We want to run for CALM and try to raise a bit of money for them while we do it!!  

CALM works hard on Merseyside to reach young men aged 15-35 in a credible and non-patronising way.  Linking up with lots of lifestyle brands and events to continue to grow and promote CALM so that lads will see it as an acceptable option for them if they need support or advice during a difficult time in life.  A recent survey of over 350 young men on Merseyside showed CALM were their number one choice for a helpline!
