Dogs Trust is the largest dog welfare charity in the UK. We love all dogs, and the people who love dogs too. We care for dogs in need through our network of 22 centres across the UK and Ireland, finding them loving new homes. A dog is for Life, not just for Christmas ©

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I only started running in November 2019 and have entered my first running event to take part in the Burghley 7 Road Race in Stamford on the 8th March 2020.

I wanted to mark my first event run by making this occasion even more special and raise money for a charity. One charity came to mind straight away, Dogs Trust. Anyone that knows me will know I love dogs, I have grown up around dogs all my life. They are so loving and truly are mans best friend.

Last year, Dogs Trust rehomed over 15,000 dogs  across  21 rehoming centres - and it’s only because of the generosity of supporters  that they can do this. It also ensures that Dogs Trust will NEVER destroy a healthy dog. This is why I'm raising money for Dogs Trust.

Please help me raise funds for Dogs Trust.
