I am running in the Great Grimsby 10k on Sunday 21st of July 2019.

I am still currently running every day raising awareness and valuable funds for the Lincs & Notts Air Ambulance.  As of the 13/04/2019 I have run 502 consecutive days at an average of 6.40 miles per day. 

Last Sunday April 7th I competed in the Manchester Marathon which was the first of three Marathons I have planned to bring my challenge to an end.  On Sundays 14th April I will be competing in the Boston UK Marathon.  I will finally bring my running streak to an end on Bank Holiday Monday May 6th at the Milton Keynes Marathon.

I am running in the Great Northern Run this Sunday the 9th of September followed by the 24 hr Equinox Ultra Event later on this month.

I have recently (July 1st) ran in the Lincoln 10k and on the 8th July I am running in the Manchester 10k followed on the 15th of July the Stoke Festival of Running 5K and Half Marathon.   

On the 18th of March I will be running in the local Lincoln 10K and on the 20th of May I will be competing in the Liverpool Rock & Roll Half Marathon and 5K races and in doing so I hope to raise valuable funds for the Lincs and Notts Air Ambulance your donation would be greatly appreciated however small or large.  Remember the Air Ambulance relies totally on raising money for its existence!

I ran in the George Munday 10K on Sunday 12th November 2017.  This 10K was organised by the Three Counties Running Club and the race was held around Wisbech.  If you would like to sponsor me and in the process help a really great local charity that truly is a local life saver the Lincs and Notts Air Ambulance then they would be truly grateful for your help however much small or large you wished to donate.  The Air Ambulance relies entirely on raising money for its existence!

I recently ran in the Equinox 24hrs Ultra run on Saturday & Sunday 23rd & 24th September 2017, the equinox event is held annually at Belvoir Castle and is a 10K endurance event where competitors run as many laps as the can in a 24 hr period. 

I have also run in the Salford City 10K, Grimsby 10k, Chase the Sun 10k in Brixton, Woodhall Spa 10k, Liverpool Rock & Roll Half Marathon, 5K and Mile races this year trying to raise as much as I could for the Lincs and Notts Air Ambulance.  The Air Ambulance is a cause that is close to my heart and living in a rural area, it can truly be the difference between life and death!

I started running around two years ago in an attempt to shed a few stone and improve my fitness in the process, since that time I have often been asked whether I run for a charity.  I thought well people have a good point and since I now run on a regular basis in many events ranging from a mile to marathon distances I may as well utilise these events to raise money to help others.
