The Great North Air Ambulance Service keeps families together by saving lives. We provide critical care to the people of the North East, North Yorkshire, Cumbria and the Isle of Man.

Story

There is no real story as to why I am doing this other than once I started training I realised I loved running again and now I am a born again running bore.!!..no trust me I am..

A back injury 15 years ago stopped me running so I am mindful that one of us may need the Air Ambulance to finish the run..

I decided that I'd like the Air Ambulance to benefit from my mid-life insanity.!

So all of you with mid-life extreme hobbies help me support the Air Ambulance so we can all realise our dreams and avoid or at least side step the nightmares.!!

Cheers

Robin
