It is estimated that as many as 15million children die or remain severely ill every year through potentially treatable or preventable cardiac diseases. Chain of Hope exists to provide children from developing countries affected by life-threatening heart disease with the treatment to save their lives

Story

Otto's had a really tough start with his heart plumbed in the wrong way round, that meant he wouldn't survive in the outside world without surgery.

He was amazingly well cared for at Royal Brompton Hospital and spent his first month of life on an intensive care ward with two difficult heart operations. He's been very lucky to have got through the procedure and now seemingly as normal as we could ever dream.

We're keen to support this charity that takes the medical team that operated on Otto to countries that don't have the resources to save lives of babies with similar conditions and also train medical teams locally. It's an amazing service and genuinely life changing for those children who are lucky enough to be in the right place at the right time and get an operation.

c£4,000 could provide open heart surgery for a child and we want to help. So please dig deep and donate, what they do is fantastic...

Thanks to all from Otto and his family x
