Having recently lost my partner, Marjorie and two very close friends to this disease, I feel the need to make a positive contribution towards funding further research. The Grand Canyon is somewhere I have always wanted to go to and this is a once in a lifetime opportunity to combine adventure and essential fundraising. I will be 78 when I set off! Fingers crossed...
