Right, on Saturday the 26th October,  I am running in the Kernow Killer event, a 10 mile assault course full of obstacles like freezing water, mud, high ropes, big walls, more mud, fire, ice pools and all that good stuff. Safe to say it’s gonna be tough! 

I want to use this to raise some awareness and money for the Cornwall branch of a brilliant mental health charity called Mind. 

1 in 4 of us will suffer a mental illness at some point in our lives and the biggest killer of men under 45 in the uk is suicide. No one should live with a mental illness alone and this charity provide incredible help and advice to anyone that needs it.
