Women are still getting breast cancer and dying from it. That’s why Breast Cancer Campaign and Breakthrough Breast Cancer have joined forces to become the UK’s largest dedicated breast cancer research charity. And with your help, together we can put an end to breast cancer, once and for all.

Story

Over the course of the next year I will be taking part in several challenges to help raise money for Breast Cancer and the Fire Fighters Charity, both of which are close to my heart.

My Step mum beat breast cancer about 9 years ago and the Fire Fighters Charity provide support to those affected by loss, due to fire fighter deaths and serious injury.

Over the next year I will be taking part in the 100 mile RideLondon event, several Tough Mudder type events, a monumental challenge in cycling from LONDON TO PARIS IN JUST 24HOURS and finishing off with 2 Marathons in 1 week. Brighton Marathon followed by the London Marathon the following weekend.

So you guys all know, I HATE running and the cycling challenges in themselves are a big ask. I will be putting the effort in and would like you guys to as well. If all my friends donate just £1, I will easily raise over £1000 to be split between these two charities. Please help me to hit this target. Seeing the donations coming in will give me all the motivation I need to push me through the pain barrier and complete these events.
