We are seeing a massive increase in mental health issues. Isolation, job loss, or even the uncertainty feels overwhelming and out of our control. Personally I keep myself sane by doing somethig I love and that is braai (South African BBQ).

I'm aiming to have a Braai every day of the UK lockdown. I would love for you all to follow me on this micro-adventure! Maybe I can put a smile on your face, inspire your cooking or just share this love, while also raising awareness and some moneys for a more than good cause.
