In 2022 Gary and I will be walking 1000 miles (the equivalent to walking from Lands End to John O’Groats). At the same time we will be raising money for Cedar House Support Group. 

"The Cedar House Support Group is for mothers experiencing ante and postnatal depression. We offer support to mothers by holding free weekly group therapy sessions. The groups provide a safe, supportive and confidential environment where mothers can get together with others who may be feeling similar to themselves. The groups are facilitated by our specialist postnatal depression counsellor, Liz Wise who has extensive experience in facilitating groups, providing counselling and has personal experience of the illness."

Liz has provided me with absolutely incredible support over the past two years and now it is my chance to give back to this incredible charity.
