Edinburgh Marathon Festival Full Marathon 2014 · 25 May 2014 ·

We provide specialist palliative care to patients across Forth Valley, Cumbernauld & Kilsyth in the Hospice and in patients' own homes. We need to raise £19,452 every day and with your support we can help our patients to live well right up until the end of their life and make every moment count.

Cross training so far, yesterday a 26.2 mile charity cycle on an exercise bike, today 30 mins rowing,and a wee bit insanity and a brisk walk in the sun :) 6 days to go
