Our father Keith had a full leg amputation on Boxing Day 2020. If Dad had survived he would have been helped by the Limbless Association. Unfortunately there is a gap from hospital discharge to home life. This is when the Limbless Association step in and give emotional support to amputees. Arranging welfare rights support, carers and advice on adapting the home. All of this done by volunteers.
