Some years ago, Chris, my husband, was diagnosed with Sacroidosis  which affected his lungs. This disease is relatively unknown, usually leads to total exhaustion and can be fatal. It has been a very long journey for both of us. 

We offered to provide and drive the support van for the cycle to Paris, as it was the one thing Chris knew he could achieve - cycling for 4 days was not an option!

The team is raising money to re-furbish the relatives room at Addenbrooke's Hospital. As a relative who has been with a patient through many  investigations and appointments, a room to just sit and gather your strength is so very welcome.
