In 2014 I lost my dad, Donald MacSween to tonsil cancer. Whilst I was already aware of the hideous nature of this disease, seeing it up close and personal made me realise the trauma it puts the patients and their families through. 

I like running but running 100k isn't easy! it's going to hurt (a lot) but it's nowhere close to the pain a Cancer patient has to go through during their treatment. Please help me to support this fantastic charity who do such amazing work.
