Rosamund was an internationally acclaimed Professor of Mathematics Education at the University of Bristol.  She was a pioneer in demonstrating how students' school learning can surpass expectations with the support of expert teachers and digital technologies.  She piloted new ways in which institutions of a city can, through cooperation, begin to overcome educational inequality.

Rosamund's obituary has been published in the Guardian On-line. She was passionate about improving equality and life chances for young people.  This fund will carry her legacy forward into the future by being a source for young people to explore and expand their educational  opportunities whether it is attending a training course or embarking on an educational adventure.
