Hello there!

This year I will be running the London Marathon in memory and celebration of a brilliant man - and father - John Pook, who we lost 10 years ago this October.

Any pennies you are able to share will make a massive difference, so thank you. As well as raising money for Cancer Research, I will be donating to the JCE Trust, in recognition of the amazing work the charity does to support families coping with terminal illness. 

I have been practicing lots and have the calves of a male wrestler to prove it ... so bring it on!
