My love of Gin is a bit of a joke, (you should see some of my Christmas presents) and the pounds have crept on with the constant flow of chocolate at this time of year. This project seems like the perfect opportunity to get myself in hand and also support a charity that has supported vulnerable people in Worthing for 85 years. For example this Christmas Day they provided a wonderful lunch with Santa and 'goodie bags' thrown in for older people who would have otherwise been alone. Guild Care are constantly responding and evolving to meet the needs of the community.

I am not going to drink any alcohol in January and I will lose half a stone. I shall start panicking the moment this goes live.
