As many of you know, my step dad Nigel had an accident in work 3 years ago in which he seriously injured his spine and it resulted in a long stay in Rookwood hospital to rehabilitate him and teach him how to go from lying flat on his back for months to walking with the help of a walking stick. 

We’re so appreciative of the nurses and therapists that helped Nigel and they work very hard with little recognition so on June 18th 2022 I will be taking part in a 4 hour spinathon to help raise money and awareness for the wonderful people in Rookwood!
