Story

The good news is that the fact you are reading this means we're half way there.

As you can tell from the page; Matt 'Nige' Hannigan and Ross 'Rossatron' Clayton either through stupidity or bravery are going to be doing their maiden triathlon in June.

Given that our post uni lives up untill now have been taken up with weekends (or in Matt's case weeks) on the lash, fast food and general inactivity, were both pretty nervous.

So our plan is to pound the streets of london, splash around in its pools and cycle in its bus lanes to get into 'peak' condition for a 750 meter swim, 20k bike ride and 5k run.

The charity we are swimming/cycling/running for is Kith and Kids.  They help disabled people and their families access the services they need.  Through organising social development projects, weekend clubs, summer projects, friendship schemes and much more, they really do make a difference to the lives of their members.

Check out their website: http://www.kithandkids.org.uk/. If you're interested in volunteering, let them know, its awesome.

We are aiming to raise £1000 between the two of us which, given that we tend to double up on our friends, will require alot of help from you!

Thanks!!

Ross and Matt
