Story

Anyone who knew our lovely dad knows that after his diagnosis in 2013 he made it his mission to raise as much money as he could and support those who had treated and taken care of  him ❤️ He did this in many ways through sponsored trips to the Grand Canyon, Great Wall of China and Taj Mahal, charity balls, bake sales and he even put charity boxes in all local shops to raise as much as he could do!

After receiving treatment for his cancer for 7 years, whilst in the process of preparing for his bone marrow transplant our amazingly precious dad caught coronavirus and after a truly heroic fight, he very sadly lost his battle on Tuesday the 3rd November 😭  As a family we are truly heartbroken by our loss as we absolutely adored our dad beyond words and loved him so very very much.  He was the bestest husband, son, dad and grandad that we could of ever wished to of had and he did everything he could for his family ❤️ The hole he has left in our lives is unbelievable and can never be filled.

Since he is no longer able to, we will now try our very best to fulfil his wishes and continue his legacy 💕 The charity we have chosen to support will directly give back to the wards at St James’ hospital enabling other families like ours to receive the support they need at such challenging times. The care that he has revived from Dr Johnson and his team throughout his fight has been nothing less than outstanding, and we are forever grateful to them 💕

We have set this page up for all of the wonderful people who would like to donate in dads memory and to help Support other families whose lives have been affected by cancer ❤️

About the charity
