Forever Hounds Trust is the UK's largest independent charity dedicated to the rescue, rehabilitation and homing of abused, abandoned and unwanted greyhounds and lurchers. Forever Hounds Trust operates nationally and homes around 350 of these special dogs every year.

Story

I'm very sad to be leaving all you lovely people, it's been so much fun. As I haven't been here that long and don't really need or deserve gifts I thought instead maybe we could all donate to the Forever Hounds Trust because DOGS.

They're a UK based charity that work to rehome unwanted hounds and longdogs, usually after a racing career or similar. They're also not funded by the dog racing industry and campaign to stop it. All the races in London have now closed, but that means lots of doggos to rehome.

The greyhound industry is responsible for the deaths of 6,000 hounds a year simply because they aren't fast enough to be profitable.

£30 can buy soft warm bedding for a dog in kennels, £150 can pay for the neutering of a dog or £300 can keep five dogs safe, warm and well-fed in kennels for five days.
