Taking part in a naked bike ride has always been on my bucket list... but I've decided to take it to new heights (sorry!). 

Those of you who know me well won't be surprised... On Sunday 25th of October I'm taking part in a Guinness world record attempt for the most naked people on a roller-coaster all in aid of the Keyhole Cancer appeal at Southend Hospital. The aim is to raise £600,000 which will enable surgeons to perform the latest and most complex keyhole procedures for patients undergoing cancer treatment and general surgery. It will benefit so many people. 

So please, if you have a spare penny to sponsor me to strip off on the Green scream at Adventure Island it would be greatly appreciated and all for a bare-rilliant cause!
