I have been involved with fund-raising for the Cystic Fibrosis Trust on many other occasions – but always felt I could set myself a bigger challenge. Instead of a 1 off event or fund-raiser I wanted to spend more time and develop a bigger effort and amount for the cause.

I will be taking part in over 100 running events across the UK – Starting in 2014 and continuing on until I have reached my figure of £10,000. Distances from 10K's to Half Marathons and of course Full Marathons.

I will be documenting and updating my own face book page of event details/pictures/training/times and any outside fund-raising efforts. I hope to build a personnel blog of my story in raising this amount to take full advantage of all social media platforms.
