My friend's little boy Oakley has recently been diagnosed with type 1 diabetes (and subsequently related autoimmune arthritis at age 4 :( ) Kids like him shouldn't have to go through this, and I want to do whatever I can to give them a fighting chance at a cure

20 miles of heath, cliff, beach and bog may be the hardest race I've ever done, but I figure that if brave little Oakley can live his life with type 1 Diabetes and his joints eating themselves from the inside and not really understanding why it hurts , then I can get out there and do whatever I can to help him and kids like him. Please give whatever you can afford to help achieve this.
