I have been with the Renal Unit for the last 20 years providing care for patients needing haemodialysis, as well as supporting families and carers at all times during these treatments.  These treatments last up to 4 hours per sessions, three times a week  

I started running competitively at 50 years of age which has given me an immense fulfilment having been able to still do what I always wanted to do when I was a lot younger.  Four years on and after so many races, medals and personal bests, I once again would run for my patients and get the help and funding they deserved.

From Sunday, 28 March 2021, I will be running and walking everyday for 54 days that will culminate on my 54th Birthday.  This will then carry on up to 100 days ending on 3 July 2021. This is a personal challenge and at the same time, a charitable cause to fundraise money for the Norfolk Renal Fund.
