I'm running a half marathon! 

lol what? I know. 

I'm pretty surprised as well to be honest. 

So come the 25th March I will be running the around central London for 21km, stopping off at each of the 7 five guys on the route.... yeah nah I'm actually properly running a half marathon. aha  

I'm raising money for Alzheimer's research. I hope you can contribute in anyway you can. I know student budgets are tight but truly anything helps and is greatly appreciated. 

The mind is what makes us, us and the degeneration of the mind is a degeneration of ourselves, our own identity. The devastating mental, emotional and physical affects of Alzheimer's not only affect the sufferer but also the people they hold dear. In the aging population we live in today, Alzheimer's is likely to affect  us all in someway, be it directly or indirectly.  

Please donate to the cause, any contribution is amazing and another step forward to better understanding this disease.

Even if you can't donate, I hope this will help to raise the awareness of the disease and ways we can all contribute to the issues that affect our lives.
