On Thursday 25th of June, my beautiful friend Carys Webb sadly passed away, far too young.

In honour of her memory, on Friday the 24th of July, I will be completing the Welsh Three Peaks Challenge. This is to raise money for Help For Heroes, a charity that meant a great deal to her.
